About CRM Property Services

We specialise in the handling of a select number of properties, ranging from two bedroom apartments and houses to three bedroom properties.

All properties are located in and around the Torrevieja area for their convenience and suitability to local amenities, supermarkets, bars and restaurants etc. All are within close walking distance to ease traveling. This will include in the majority of cases, communal swimming pools. All properties are geared to deal with all the comforts of home right down to the clean bed linen and towels supplied for use within the property. It is always our intention to meet your requirements as to the properties we have available at any time.

In the current financial climate, some prices are negotiable within a reasonable level, but as a representative figure for example, summer rates covering June through to end of September start at approximately €250.00 euros per week and is dependant on the number of people to be accommodated. To qualify for longer terms of rental the minimum period must be set at a 30 days and there is a separate price structure to accommodate.

Other services that can be provided, and are charged independently of the rental price, are: Airport transfers to and from the property. Airports covered are Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) . Prices for this service are: €45.00 euros each way per vehicle required. We are also able to provide a food starter pack to be available at the property on arrival. Prices start from €25.00 euros. Should you require your own hire car at the airport on your arrival, this can also be arranged to limit the time spent waiting around to be served. We deal with a very reputable car hire company with offices at both of the airports and they will deal with you on an individual basis.
